    Edwd Scott The Same Edward Scott came into Court and being Sworn
   on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God Saith that the afd Acco,st. is Just &
   true and that the afd Deft~ James West is indebted to him the Sume of .
   Six hundred and Tenn pounds of Tobacco as abovestated proved in open Court

    and the afd Deft~ in his proper person appeared to the afd Accõn and
   Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the afd Plt~ nor but~
   that he is indebted to the afd Plt~ as above declared and is willing that
   Judgment Should be entred against him for the Damages afd and Cost Accrew
  :ing Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twentieth day
   of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen-
   That the afd Plt~ Edward Scott do recover against the Said Deft~ James
   Weyat~ Junior as well the afd Sume of Twelve hundred and Twenty pds
   of Tobacco Damages by the afd Plt~ Sustained on Account of the Said Deft~
   his not performing his promise and assumption afd as also the Sume of—
   two hundred Eighty Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt~ about his Suite
   in this behalfe Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the
   Said Deft~ in mercy
   Memorandum the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attorney releases all~
   Damages but Six hundred and tenn pounds of Tobacco and the Cost in the
   Judgment afd mentioned
