   Mr Gideon Pearce of this County haveing a Commission from his Excy- John—
   Hart Esq.r to be one of the Coroners of this County Comes into Court and takes the —
   Oath of Allegiancy and Supremacy the Oath of Abjuration and also the: Oath—
   of Coroners &ca —————
   William Dean appointed Cunstable of Easter neck hundred and Comes into Court
   and takes the Oath of Allegiance and Supremacy the Oath of Abjuration and the —
   Accustomed Oath of Cunstable in Room of Edward [Daeds?] ———

   M.r William Frisby of this County high Sherrife now at this day produces to .
   this Court a new Commicõn for the Sherfs office as also the Posse Commitatus and .
   desires that Surety may be taken the Sd William [w.th M.r?] S.t Leager Codd and
   James Smith is bound in the Sume of One hundred Thousand pounds of Tobacco
   for the true performance of his office &ca. And also takes the Oath of—
   Sherrife. &ca ——
    and also prays that Michael Hacket may be Admitted and Sworn his under .
   Sherrife which is granted And the Said Michael Comes into Court and takes the .
   Oath of Allegiance and Supremacy the Oath of Abjuration and the Accustomed
   Oath of Under Sherife ——
   John Dunahaw Son to John Dunahaw dec.d ordrd that the Sd orphan be
   brought to the adjourned Court And also that Elener Sullivane wife of Darby .
   Sullivane be Sumoned to ye Same &ca ———
        Court adjourns to the first Tuesday in Aprill next
   Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Sd
   County on the fifth day of Aprill (by Adjournment from ye fourth day of March last ) and Contained
   ye Sixth Seventh Eighth and Nineth day of Aprill afd in the first Year of ye Reigne of our Sovereign
   Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of .
