   The afd orphan Jury being Sworn — There Charge given and Sent out to
   Consider if any presentments . .

   Her Majestie . | Recognizance taken by Coll William Pearce one of her Majesties
        at | Justices of the peace for said County ye Sixteenth day of Last—
   Christopher Rye | March for his appearance to this Court .    The Said Christopher
——————— | in his proper person Comes into Court & appears to the Said Recognize

ordered by the Court here that the Said Recognizance and his Surtys
   Recognizance for his appearance be Discharged
     Christopher Rye afd his Recognizance being taken in ye Sume of Tenn pounds —
   Sterling &ca. at the day afd for his appearance to this present Court and that in —
   ye mean time he was to be of good behaviour to all her Maj:ties liege people &ca. And.
   to Answer unto all Such things as Should be objected against him on her Majesties
   behalfe &ca. This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance. &ca.
     Likewise John Clayton Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of Tenn pounds —
   Sterling &ca. for the appearance of the afd Christopher Rye at this Court &ca. to Answer
   as afd The Said Recognizance is by this Court here Discharged &ca ————
   Her Majestie - | Recognizance taken by Cap.t St Leag.r Codd one of her Majesties
           at | Justices of ye peace for Said County    the 28th. day of May Last~
   John Chandler Junr | for his appearance to this Court The Said John Chandler Junr.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | in his proper person Comes into Court & appears to the Said .
   Recognizance .    ordered by the Court here that the Said Recognizance and his -
   Surty Recognizance for his appearance be Discharged
   John Chandler afd his Recognizance being taken in ye Sume of five pounds.
   Lawfull money of ye afd Province &ca. at the day afd for his appearance to this —
   present Court and that he was at the Same Court to Answer unto a Bill of Indictments
   found against him by the grand Jury for not assisting in Clearing her Majesties Roads
   &ca. This Court here Discharge the Same Recognizance &ca.
     Likewise Benjamin Griffith Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of five
   pounds Lawfull money of this province &ca. for the appearance of the afd John
   Chandler Junior at this Court &ca. To Answer as afd The Said Recognizance is by .
   this Court her eDischarged &ca ——
