   broad neck Likewise Rachel Powell wife of the Said Nehemiah Powell
   being privately Examined pr M.r Henry Lowe acke the Same According
   to Law &ca ——
   Mr Michael Miller takes his place & Sitts on the bench—
   Mr Lambert Wilmer takes his place & Sitts on the bench
   The County Stands obliged to pay for Hannah Litman five hundred
   & Six pounds of Tobo it being for Crimnal fees due from her
   She being a Servt~. of John William’s of Sd County he delivrs her
   to ye Court that he might not be Chargeable for the Same .
   on which William Brown of Said County Comes into Court and .
   Saith that he will pay the County the afd Tobo being five hundred
   and Six pounds of Tobo the Crop of Tobacco ensuing it being for
   the afd Hannah Litman
   Mr Nathl Hynson takes his place & Sitts on the bench
   His Majestie | Recogniz. taken pr Mr Michl Miller The Said
           at | Nath.l in his proper person appears to the Same
   Nathl Hynson | ordered by this Court that the Same recognize. be
   ~~~~~~~~~~ | discharged & Surtys
   Nath.l Hynson afd his Recog.e taken before the afd Justices the —
   twentieth day of Febry last for his app.e to this Court in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed &ca. if in Case he did not appear and in
   ye mean time he was to be of good behaviour and Espeially to Henry
   Munck The Said Recognize. is by this Court here discharged no person
   appearing to Shew Cause why it Should not
   Likewise Mich.l Byrne and William Blackiston his Sureties as
   afd at the time afd Entred into Recognize in the Sume of five pounds
   Sterlg Each for his apce & good behavr. &ca. the Same Recognize. is by
   this Court here discharged
