                   Maryland Prince Georges County Sc.t

       On this 8.th Day of August Anno Domini 1834
       personally appears William Jones before me a
       Justice of the peace in and for the County and
       State aforesaid and makes oath on the
       Holy evangely of Almighty God that the Bearers
       hereof Negro Simon Gassaway about five feet 10
       Inches high and light complexion and Jacob Kurchep
       about 5 feet 10½ Inches high, and Negro woman Hagar
       Kurchep about 5 feet 6 Inches high and Judy Ann Ford ^about 5 feet 4½ Inches high^
       and Rebecca Welborn about 5 feet 6 Inches high is five
       of the Negroes liberated and set free by the last
       will and Testament of James Aldridge late
       of Prince Georges County Deceased
                                    Sworn before Richd D Burroughs J.P.
