       Theodore M Williams and made oath
       on the Holy Evangely of Allmighty god
       that Negro Daniel Called Daniel
       Williams is entitled to his freedom under
       the last will and testament of Henderson
       Magruder ^Late^ of Prince Georges County
       Daniel of dark Complexion five feet
       five Inches high has two scars near
       together below the elbow and a scar
       on the left hand
