                Maryland Prince Georges County to Wit

       On this 27.th day of September 1841 before me
       the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace
       for said county appears Nathaniel Suit and
       makes oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty
       God that John Ray the bearer hereof was
       late the property of Henderson Magruder
       Deceased and was sold after the death of said
       Magruder for a term of years specified in
       the said Deceaseds Will  Which said term
       has expired and that he is entitled to a certificate
       of freedom as reference to the said
       Will, will more fully appear and that he is to
       his Knowledge the identical person named
       in the said Will
                               Sworn to before
