To wit State of Maryland Annarundlle County Nov.r the 12th 1840 To the Clerk of Princeg.s County Court Greeting Whereas a certain Sarah Peach of Princeg.s County and State aforesaid deceased did by will bearing date twenty seventh day of July eighteen hundred and twenty one ^reference to which will more fully show^ leave and set free from all manner of servitude after the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty nine a certain negro girl named Sevina aged about twenty six years Now this is to certify that this is the Indentical girl or woman therein named under the following Identity that is to say she is about five feet three inches and one quarter ^high^ she is fairly proportioned rather a pleasant countenance with a good sett of teeth with a Split or division in the nail of the middle finger of the left hand caused by a prize pin when packing Tobacco Given under my hand and seal the day and year above written a Justice of the Peace in and for Annearundell County Sam.l Td Hamilton and State aforesaid |
