             Then came Walter Smith and made
       oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty
       God that negro Woman Caroline
       Smith was left by the will of Betsy Allen
       of Prince Geo County a slave for a term
       of years ie until she arrived at the
       age of twenty one and that to the
       best of his Knowledge ^and belief^ the said negro
       woman has served out the term
       of named in said Will and is now
       free
