       Maryland Prince Georges County Sct

          I William A Jarboe Register of wills
       for the County in the State aforesaid to
       hereby certify that negro Man Frank
       who calls himself Francis Duckett
       is a free Man of color of dark complexion
       five feet Six inches high has a scar on  
       the right side of his throat and also a dark
       Spot on the back of his right hand
       Near the wrist   Said Frank Duckett
       is one of the children of Negro woman
       Nancy left by the last will and testament
       of Ann Hall late of said county deceased
       bearing date the fifteenth day of May in
       the year eighteen hundred and fifteen
       duely proven and now upon record
       in my office to William and Grafton
       Hall to serve for a term of years and
       then to be liberated and set free and
       also her children to serve the Meales
       until they arrived to the age of thirty
       five and the females until they
       arrived to the age of thirty one and
       then to be liberated and set free the
       Said Francis Duckett having arrived
       at the age of thirty five is therefore
       entitle to his freedom he being
       Identified this third day of March
       eighteen hundred and fifty nine by
       William P Hall to be a son of the aforesaid
       said Nancy and also that the said
       Frank has arrived to the age of
       thirty five
                         In testimony whereof
                         I hereunto Set my hand
                         and affix the seal of
