       Be it remembered that in this fifteenth day of
       April Eighteen hundred and forty four personally
       appeared Richard M Waring a free man
       the subscriber & Justice of the peace in and for
       said County and made oath in the Holy Evangely
       of Almighty God that negro Henry who is
       valued and described in a deed of manumission
       from Clement Hollyday on the nineteenth
       day of July Eighteen hundred and twenty is the
       Identical person
