       1.st 1830       I hereby certify that negro woman Janet
       and Louisa two mulatto women the one about
       thirty nine years of age & the other about eighteen
       years of age and free persons and are the
       identified persons mentioned and set free by me
       by deed of manumission bearing date the fourth
       day of April 1820 and recorded among the
       Land Records of Prince Georges County
       Given under my hand the day and year
       above mentioned
