Prince George's County To wit On this 5.th day of September 1842 personally appeared James G Webster before me the subscriber, a Justice of the peace of said County, and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that negro Woman Elizabeth Gainer whose maiden name was Elizabeth Lee aged about forty years; five foot two and a a half inches high; black complexion has a scar on his right arm near the bend thereof and one on the same arm near the wrist; and a another on her left hand near the fore finger; and one on the left arm near the bend thereof and has a scar on her left Neck was set free on the 12.th March 1810 by her father Lancaster Lee and is now a free woman to his knowledge Sworn before Geo W Wilson LS JP |
