       On this 18.th day of June 1835 personally appears before
          Bennett Farr            before me the undersigned
          Justice of the peace in and for Prince Georges County
       State of Maryland & makes oath on the Holy Evangely of almighty
       God that John Day the bearer hereof a bright mulatto
       Boy twenty one years of age 5 feet 5½ inches is a free Boy
       and that the said John Day was born free and is the
       same who was bound on 5.th day of September 1817 by
       Jno Soper and Middleton Dodson two Justices of the peace
        of said County & State to a certain William Loveless to
       Serve until he the said John Day arrive to the age
       of twenty one years and that his time of Service has expired
