       On the 20.th day of September 1833 personally
       appears William P Hall before the
       subscriber a justice of the peace in and
       for the County aforesaid and makes
       Oath on the Holy Evangely of almighty
       that negro Frank Craig a black man
       about twenty one years of age is a free
       Born person and this reputed son of
       a certain Milly Craig a free woman
       of Colour of the County
