       Maryland Prince Georges County
       I hereby certify that Elenor Butler the
       Mother of the following named negroes was
       the daughter of Philis Butler ^a free woman^ I have
       Known Elenor for between forty and
       fifty years the following named are
       her children and wish to get their free
       papers - John William - Sarah -
       Samuel Thomas, Rousbery, Mary
       Ann Phillis, Dicandia, Elizabeth,
       To Mr B Brook Esq
       Clk P G County            Geo Morton

       I hereby certify that I have Known
       Elenor Butler mentioned in the above
       certificate since the year 1827 and
       that she has passed as free and KNown
