       I do hereby Certify the bearer of this to be
       the Mulatta Girl Susan Maria whom I Manumitted
       at the age of Sixteen & as she has Now arrived
       to that age & wishes to leave the County, I will
       thank Abi Brook to attend to her Business for her
       to give In such papers as will intitle her to her
       freedom being respectfully
