State of Maryland Prince George's County to wit: Be it remembered that on the thirteenth day of of April in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty six, before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the State and County aforesaid appeared John J Drury and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the negro children the increase of Negro Woman Nancy, vizt; William aged eighteen years, THomas Henry aged five years, Fanny Ann aged four years John aged three years and Kitty aged two years that the foregoing negroes was manumitted and set free by Margaret Murdock on the fifth day of April Eighteen hundred and twenty one to the best of his Knowledge and belief Sworn before D B Cross JP (Seal) |
