       Then Identify    On this 19.th day of August 1845
       personally appears William H Piles before
       me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and
       for said County and made oath on the Holy
       Evangely of Almighty God that negro man
       Denns Hall aged about 21 years of age
       is the identical negro man mentioned in
       a deed of manumission from Elizabeth Hawkins
       to negro Matilda & others dated the 25.th day
       of February 1831 and recorded in the Clerks
       office of P G Coty
