            Personally appeared Enoch M Lowe in open Court
        and made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God
        that he has been informed and veryly beleives ^that^ Rezin
        Ogleton a Negro Petitioner ^to this Court^ descended from Maria
        Ogleton a free East Indian woman ^in the maternal line^ and that the
        said Rezin Ogleton will be able to prove the same
        and that he the said Lowe has been informed and
        veryly beleives that the said Rezin Ogleton is entitled
        to his freedom
                              Sworn ^to^ in open Court September 19.th 1810
