       complexion five feet eight or nine inches high
       about thirty two years of age who was raised
       in the Family of Capt.n James Beck of Prince
       Georges County having a Good Countenance and
       rather a flat nose is a freeman and became
       entitled to his freedom by a Deed of Manumission
       from the said bearing date the seventh day of May
       eighteen hundred and two from the said James
       Beck and Rebecca his wife which was duly
       acknowledged and recorded in my office

                   Given under my hand and seal of office
                   this eighth day of December in the year
                   eighteen hundred and Fifteen

            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Paul
       Talbert a black man five feet seven or eight inches
       high about twenty five years of age who was raised
       in the family of Richard D. Hall of said county is a

       Manumission bearing date the third day of December
       seventeen hundred and ninety one from John
       Williams and Mary his wife which was duly
       acknowledged and recorded in my office
