       According to law is a free man and that he
       became entitled to his freedom from the sale and
       manumission aforesaid

                   In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed
                   my name and affixed the seal of the said
                   county court this fifth day of April in the
                   year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
                   fifteen

       Maryland Prince Georges County to Sc.t

            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof a black
       man by the name of Harry about forty one years
       of age five feet eight inches and an half high with
       a thing Visage thick lips and large mouth who was
       raised by Hezekiah Wheeler late of the county
       aforesaid Deceased is a free man and became
       entitled to his freedom by a Deed of Manumission
       from the said Hezekiah Wheeler bearing date the
       seventeenth day of July eighteen hundred and five
       and duly executed and acknowledged and recorded
       in my office
   
                   Given under my hand and seal of office
                   this twenty sixth day of May in the year
                   eighteen hundred and fifteen
