             I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro Milly
       who Calls herself Milly Plummer about thirty
       years of age about five feet three and an half inches
       high having a small scar on the arm below the
       elbow occasioned by a bill is a free woman being
       the daughter of Milly Plummer a free woman of
       Colour
                            In Testimony &c
       Identified by Jno H Hall           Certificate granted
       Vide cundle for affidavit                  March 10 1828

                         I hereby certify that the bearer hereof negro
       Sango who calls himself Sango Sprigg aged about
       twenty four years of age five feet seven ^eight^ and a quarter Inches
       high having a small Scar on the thumb of his left
       hand and Several Small scars on each hand bearly
       perceptible ^and also having his nose flattened by broken by ^the effect^ of a blow^ that the said negro Sango is a free man
