                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Winney
       otherwise called Winney Dunlop a Dark Mulatto woman
       about thirty seven years of age four feet ten inches high having no
       perceptible scar either on her hand or face That the said
       Winney is a free woman ^and was born free^ being the Daughter of Joseph
       Dunlop a free woman of Colour
