       and ten and recorded among the land
       records of Prince Georges County

                Given under my hand and seal of
                office this twenty sixth day of July

       I hereby certify that the bearer hereof a
       Coloured woman named Lucky calling herself
       Susan Biggs being about the age of twenty
       years and about five feet three inches high
       of a light complection having a flesh mark
       on the under part of the right arm is a
       free woman and obtained her freedom by
       virtue of a Deed of Manumission made & executed
       by Basil Mullin bearing date the twenty ninth
