7-119. ANNUITY BOND ACCOUNTS.

THE BUDGET BOOKS FOR A FISCAL YEAR SHALL CONTAIN A STATEMENT
OF EACH ANNUITY BOND ACCOUNT OF THE STATE AS OF THE END OF THE
LAST FULL FISCAL YEAR.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 15A, §
20(b), as that subsection related to annuity bond
accounts.

The former reference to "such other supporting data as
the General Assembly ... require[s]" is deleted as
unnecessary in light of § 7-105 of this subtitle.

As to the requirement that the "budget books" contain
information on these accounts, see revisor's note to §
7-101(b) of this subtitle.

7-120. FEDERAL REIMBURSEMENT.

THE BUDGET BOOKS FOR A FISCAL YEAR SHALL:

(1)  INCLUDE A COPY OF THE STATEWIDE COST ALLOCATION
PLAN FILED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR FEDERAL REIMBURSEMENT
OF THE COSTS OF INDIRECT STATE SERVICES THAT BENEFIT FEDERALLY
FUNDED PROGRAMS; AND

(2)  LIST, BY UNIT OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT, THE AMOUNT
OF REIMBURSEMENT RECEIVED UNDER THE PLAN DURING THE LAST FULL
FISCAL YEAR.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 15A, §
20(b-l).

In the introductory language of this section, the
reference to the "budget books" is substituted for the
former reference to "in addition to the requirements
of subsections (a) and (b) of this section, the
supporting data submitted ... for each department and
agency", for brevity and consistency. See revisor's
note to § 7-101(b) of this subtitle.

Also in the introductory language of this section, the
former reference to the "budget bill submitted for
fiscal 1982" is deleted as obsolete.
