GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE TO SUBTITLE:

Former Art. 78A, § 25G, which required the Department of
General Services to conduct an energy audit of the State office
complex in Baltimore City and the Millard Tawes State office
complex in Annapolis on or before January 1, 1981, is deleted as
obsolete because the audits have been completed.

THIS TITLE DOES NOT LIMIT ANY PLANNING POWERS THAT ARE
CONFERRED ON ANY -UNIT OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT OR OF A LOCAL
GOVERNMENT BY ANY OTHER STATE LAW OR LOCAL LAW THAT EXISTED ON
JUNE 1, 1959.
