(d) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1993, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(1)  Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board (Article 89,
§ 69 of the Code);

(2)  Apprenticeship and Training Council (Article 41,
§ 207B of the Code);

(3)  State Board of Examiners for Audiologists (§
2-201 of the Health Occupations Article);

(4)  State Office for Children and Youth (Article 49D,
§ 1 of the Code);

(5)  State Board of Electrologists (§ 5-201 of the
Health Occupations Article);

(6)  Employment Agency Advisory Board (Article 56, §
165A of the Code);

(7)  State Board of Registration for Foresters
(Article 56, § 301 of the Code);

(8)  the Office for Handicapped Individuals (§ 9-1002
of the State Government Article);

(9)  Board of Examiners for Hearing Aid Dealers
(Article 56, § 523 of the Code);

(10)  Division of Labor and Industry (Article 89, § 1
of the Code);

(11)  State Board of Law Examiners (Article 10, § 2 of
the Code);

(12)  Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board
(Article 89, § 31 of the Code);

(13)  State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice (§
9-201 of the Health Occupations Article);

(14)  Board of Examiners of Maryland Pilots (Article
74, § 2 of the Code);

(15)  Advisory Council on Prevailing Wage Rates
(Article 21, § 8-513 of the Code);
