(3) Within 21 days after admissions are restricted,
the related institution shall take steps to correct the
deficiency.

(c) Imposition of the sanction shall be stayed until the
final decision is issued pursuant to [paragraph] SUBSECTION (m)
of this section.

19-401.

(c) (1) "Home health care" means any of the following
services that are provided under the general direction of a
licensed health professional practicing within the scope of their
practice act:

(i) Audiology and speech pathology[.];

(ii) Dietary and nutritional services[.];

(iii) Drug services[.];

(iv) Home health aid[.];

(v) Laboratory[.];

(vi) Medical social services[.];

(vii) Nursing[.];

(viii) Occupational therapy[.];

(ix) Physical therapy[.];

(x) Provision of medically necessary sick room
equipment and supplies.

Article - Health Occupations

5.5-102.

(e) A nonregistered individual currently practicing as an
environmental sanitarian may be registered with the Board if the
individual:

(1) Graduates from an accredited college or
university with:

(v) 1. A baccalaureate degree in a field other
than environmental science or natural science; and

[1.] 2. HAS 48 months of experience,
acceptable to the Board, in the field of environmental health; or
