[(i)] (1) Accreditation;

[(ii)] (2) Programs and functions;

[(iii)] (3) Actual and potential capabilities;

[(iv)] (4) Admissions;

[(v)] (5) Curricula;

[(vi)) (6) Graduation;

[(vii)] (7) The awarding of degrees; and

[(viii)] (8) General policy making.

14-107.

(d) [(1)] Each member of a board of visitors:

[(i)] (1) Serves without compensation; and

[(ii)] (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for
expenses in accordance with the [standard State travel
regulations] STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

16-205.

(d) (2) Any resident of this State who is a displaced
homemaker and who enrolls in any class which is eligible under [§
16-203] § 16-403 of this title for State support at the community
college:

(i) Shall be exempt from payment of tuition;
and

(ii) Shall be counted in computing full-time
equivalent enrollment under § 16-403 of this title if enrolled in
any class that is eligible for State support.

(4) The executive director of the State Board [of]
FOR Community Colleges shall:

(i) Allocate 200 positions for the Displaced
Homemakers Program among the community colleges of the State that
are located in geographic areas that have been designated by the
Governor as service delivery areas in accordance with Section 101
of the federal Job Training Partnership Act; and

(ii) Base the allocation of positions on the
number of displaced homemakers in the service delivery area.
