including expenses of seizure, maintenance of custody,
advertising and court costs;
(3) Require an appropriate agency to take custody of
the property and remove it for disposition in accordance with
law, or destruction.

(c) With the exception of a petition based on subsection
(a)(7) of this section, the petition may not be filed earlier
than 3 years after the date the judgment or order was entered or
the action was taken which terminated the proceeding. However,
except for an acquittal on grounds of insanity, the three-year
waiting period does not apply to a charge specified in subsection
(a)(1) or (a)(2) if a person files, with the petition, a written
general waiver and release, in proper legal form, of all [claim]
CLAIMS he may have against any person for tortious conduct
arising from the charge. With respect to subsection (a)(7), the
petition may not be filed earlier than 5 years nor later than 10
years after the pardon was signed by the Governor.
Article 29 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District
2-104.
(a) (2) (ii) The WSSC's right to enter and take possession
of the land or interest in the land is effective on the filing
of the pleading if accompanied by the estimated payment provided
for in [§ 2-102] § 2-103 of this title.
(3) The declaration of taking shall:
(vi) Identify the qualified appraiser and
specify the estimated valuation required by [§ 2-102] § 2-103 of
this title.
Article 31B - Patuxent Institution

The director may determine from time to time whether, and to
what extent, persons in the custody of the Institution and
selected by the director shall supply goods, wares, merchandise
and produce required to be purchased by "consuming institutions"
as defined in [Article 27, § 681] ARTICLE 21, § 8-204(C) of the
Annotated Code of Maryland. All such activities shall be
conducted in accordance with the provisions of [Article 27,
Section 681] ARTICLE 21, § 8-204 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland.
