AN ACT concerning

Anti-Litter and Weed Ordinance

FOR the purpose of providing time limits for compliance
after notice to remove litter or weeds; amending the provisions
for appeals; providing that the cost for removal of litter and
weeds may constitute a lien on the property collectible in the
same manner as other County real estate taxes; providing for
enforcement methods; and making certain technical corrections.

of financial disclosure statements, in cases where officials or
employees leave County service prior to the end of a calendar
year.
