AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Credits for Commercial Property

FOR the purpose of authorizing a tax credit for a maximum of
one year from the time commercial property, excluding land,
remains unsold or unrented immediately following construction or
substantial rehabilitation.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 10. FINANCE AND TAXATION.

BY repealing:

Chapter No. 94

AN ACT concerning

Off-the-Road Motorcycles

FOR the purpose of implementing the authority granted
counties to regulate "Off-the-Road Motorcycles" by Chapter 398 of
the 1984 Acts of the Maryland General Assembly by requiring such
motorcycles to be registered with the County; establishing a
registration fee; and generally restricting the use to areas
where the noise therefrom does not disturb residential homes.
