AN ACT concerning

Civil Monetary Fines and Penalties

FOR the purpose of establishing procedures for the
enforcement of civil monetary fines for violations of the Code
which specifically reference civil penalties and for which
procedures for the levy and adjudication of such civil penalties
have not been enacted in other Divisions of Subtitle 28 of the
County Code.

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement - Prince George's
County Police Civilians Employees Association

FOR the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and
between Prince George's County and the Prince George's County
Police Civilian Employees Association to provide for a wage
increase and certain other terms and conditions of employment
negotiated pursuant to Article XIV of the Agreement to be
effective during the second year of the Agreement.
