AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement - Council 67,
American Federation of State, County and Municipal
Employees, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated Locals
2462, 2735 and 1691.

FOR the purpose of amending the joint labor agreement by and
between Prince George's County and Council 67, American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, and
its affiliated Locals 2462, 2735 and 1691, to provide for a wage
increase and certain other terms and conditions of employment
negotiated pursuant to Article 39 of the Agreement to be
effective during the second year of the Agreement.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 16. PERSONNEL.

Section 16-233(f),

The Prince George's County Code,

(1979 Edition, 1982 Supplement, as amended by

CB-19-1983 and CB-130-1983).

Effective August 2, 1984.

FOR the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and
between Prince George's County Council 67, American Federation of
State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, and its
affiliated Local 241 to provide for a wage increase and certain
other terms and conditions of employment negotiated pursuant to
Article XXI of the Agreement to be effective during the second
year of the Agreement.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
