AN ACT concerning

Smoking Tobacco or Other Items in a Taxicab

FOR the purpose of expanding the prohibition against smoking
in taxicabs; providing that passengers may not smoke in a taxicab
unless consented to by the driver and all other passengers; and
providing center notice requirements.
