AN EMERGENCY ACT to provide for the sale or lease of
property or a portion of property acquired with parking lot
district funds; to provide for reimbursement to the affected
district of the fair market value of the property disposed of or
used for purposes inconsistent with off-street parking; to
provide for regulations to implement those provisions; to repeal
an obsolete provision; to make a correction; AND TO INCLUDE THE
LEGISLATIVE INTENT OF THE BILL.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to modify the provisions on day care as an
alternative fringe benefit to allow the County to use whatever
methods are permitted by the Internal Revenue Code to implement a
salary reduction dependent care assistance plan; AND TO REPEAL
THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE ADOPT REGULATIONS.

Effective Date December 31, 1984.
