AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Subsection
(c)(1), heading, Use Limitations, of Section 25-5.6, heading,
Accessory Uses and Structures, and to add new Subsection (8) to
Subsection (c), heading, Use Limitations, of Section 25-5.6,
heading, Accessory Uses and Structures, of Article II, heading,
Zoning Code, of Chapter 25, heading, Zoning, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to limit the size of accessory uses or
structures; to establish limitations for attic spaces; and to
provide generally for the modification of use limitations for
accessory uses or structures.

Effective Date February 11, 1985.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Subsection
(3), heading, Cottage Houses, of Subsection (f), heading,
Residential Uses, of Section 25-8.3, heading, Standards for
Specific Special Exceptions, of Article II, heading, Zoning Code,
of Chapter 25, heading, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to redefine requirements for Cottage House Use; and to
generally provide for Cottage House Use in certain zoning
districts.

Effective Date January 14, 1985.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 13-16
through 13-21 of Article II, heading, Schedule of Fees, of
Chapter 13, heading, Licenses and Permits; to provide for new
fees for services rendered by Harford County; to provide that
mobile home excise taxes be repealed as of March 31, 1985, and
that new charges be enacted to stand in lieu thereof and
generally relating to permit, license, and service fees in
Harford County, Maryland.

Effective Date January 25, 1985.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 16-112
(b) (3) (e), heading, Contents, of Article V, heading, Public
Disclosure, of Chapter 16, heading, Personnel, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for a change in the monetary
