Zoning Map for Baltimore County and to supersede any
previous zoning maps approved by the County Council of
Baltimore County for that particular district.

AN ACT concerning

Special Personnel Rules and Regulations for Police
and Fire Departments

FOR the purpose of clarifying certain special personnel rules and
regulations for the police and fire departments and amending
suspension procedures for police to be consistent with State
law in the Law Enforcement Officer's Bill of Rights (Article
27, Section 727, et seq.) and adopting new suspension
procedures for Fire Department Personnel.
