Animal Welfare Hearing Board

FOR the purpose of changing the name of the Animal Welfare
Hearing Board to the "Animal Welfare Board" and deleting
certain obsolete provisions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

Section 3-1, Definitions, "Animal Welfare Hearing Board"
Sections 3-2, 3-3, 3-4, 3-6, 3-7, 3-8, 3-9, 3-51 and
