Sediment Control - Sensitive Areas

FOR the purpose of defining sensitive areas with reference
to the sediment control laws; providing that certain development
sites are subject to sensitive area criteria; establishing
certain criteria for a sediment control plan for a site subject
to sensitive area criteria; requiring that a developer of a site
subject to sensitive area criteria submit an outfall survey;
requiring that a site subject to sensitive area criteria is
subject to additional inspection; and generally relating to
sediment control on sites subject to sensitive area criteria.

By adding

Sections 12-2000 (8A), (27A), and (35), 12-2022.1, and

12-2033A
