AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning

Current Expense Budget - Anne Arundel Community College -
Fourth Quarter Fund Transfer

FOR the purpose of making an emergency appropriation from
revenues anticipated in the budget but in excess of budget
estimates for the current fiscal year to Anne Arundel Community
College to accommodate deficiencies in designated accounts.

FOR the purpose of altering provisions for grades, salaries,
overtime pay, emergency pay, hiring, promotion and
reclassification in the County's personnel system; altering grade
and base salaries in the County's exempt service; granting
certain powers to the personnel officer; repealing obsolete
provisions; and generally relating to the County's personnel
system.
