AN ORDINANCE concerning

Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance of Anne Arundel County

FOR the purpose of adopting the County Budget, consisting of
the Current Expense Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1985, the Capital Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1985, and the Capital Program for the fiscal years ending June
30, 1986, June 30, 1987, June 30, 1988, June 30, 1989, and June
30, 1990; and appropriating funds for all expenditures for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1984 and ending June 30, 1985.

Property Tax

FOR the purpose of levying and imposing a property tax for
the use of Anne Arundel County for the taxable year beginning
July 1, 1984 and ending June 30, 1985; and fixing the rate of the
County property tax for such taxable year.

Fire Fighters - Salary Differentials

FOR the purpose of removing the salary differential
limitations pertaining to the salary schedule which applies to
all employees represented by the Anne Arundel County Professional
Fire Fighters Local 1563, International Association of Fire
Fighters (I.A.F.F.), AFL-CIO-CLC.
