AN ORDINANCE concerning

Subdivision Regulations - Filing and Processing

FOR the purpose of adopting new procedures for the review,
processing and approval of subdivisions; providing that certain
basic public improvements be completed before houses are occupied
in subdivisions; providing new requirements for community-
facilities; providing technical amendments to other sections of
the County Code which relate to subdivisions; and providing
standards for issuance of Certificates of Use and Occupancy.

BY repealing

Sections 13-103(3), (7), (13), (25), (37), (44) and (51);

13-104.1, 13-104.3, 13-104.6, 13-109.1, and 13-110 through

13-113.4, inclusive
