AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
17-602(1) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and
Wastewater Charges and Assessments"; and to enact new Section
17-602(8) of said title and subtitle to follow immediately after
Section 17-602(7); for the purpose of providing an adjustment of
the sewerage charge during heavy water usage periods.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No. 86-83,
legalizing Supplement No. 50, 9-83, to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and published by the Municipal
Code Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida, and making it evidence of
the laws of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Capital Improvement Budget and  the

Projects Bond Ordinance by increasing the appropriation for   the

Urby Drive Project and decreasing the appropriation for    the

Magothy Bridge Road II Project for the purpose of funding  the
construction of the Urby Drive Project.

AN ORDINANCE to make an appropriation from revenues received
from sources not anticipated in the budget for the current fiscal
year to the Office of Criminal Justice - Sexual Offense Crisis
Center for the purpose of providing additional funding for the
Sexual Offense Crisis Center.
