Taneytown, Carroll County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION NO. 84-8

Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
University Park, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Sections 12 and
13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1981
Replacement Volume), to amend the Charter of the Town of
University Park by replacing and re-enacting with amendments
Section 506 entitled "Candidates for Office" to provide for
write-in candidates for elections of the Mayor and Common Council
of the Town and to clarify some provisions.

Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION NO. 84-9

Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
University Park, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Sections 12 and
13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1981
Replacement Volume), to amend the Charter of the Town of
University Park by adding Section 507 entitled "Special Elections
or Appointments where there are no Qualifying Candidates" to
provide for special elections and appointments when there are no
qualifying candidates for an election.

Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.
