RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF ACCIDENT,
MARYLAND, adopted in accordance with Article 23A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, to amend certain section of the Town of
Accident Charter pertaining to voting by absentee ballot.

[Section 1-25 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Garrett
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date February 26, 1985]

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of
Annapolis to change the corporate name of the City to "City of
Annapolis".

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,
Article I, "General Provisions"
