4150 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 11 (2) SHALL EXECUTE AN AFFIDAVIT UNDER OATH THAT THE THAT PERSON'S SERVICE AS SPECIAL COUNSEL AND FOR A 3 YEAR PERIOD (3) MAY NOT BE A STATE EMPLOYEE OR A STATE PUBLIC (C) THE SPECIAL COUNSEL SHALL RECEIVE THE SALARY 9-1203.
