(D) A COMMERCIAL HUNTING GUIDE SHALL REPORT TO THE WILDLIFE
ADMINISTRATION ANY VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE BY A PERSON USING
THE GUIDE'S SERVICES.
[(d) (E) In addition to any other penalty provided in this
title, the Department may revoke the license of any commercial
hunting guide WHO IS convicted of violating the provisions of
this section, any rule or regulation [promulgated pursuant to]
ADOPTED UNDER, it, or any wildlife law [or rule] or regulation of
the State.
FOR the purpose of requiring an individual who owns or is
responsible for a commercial hunting guide organization to
obtain a license as a master hunting guide if the individual
receives monetary consideration to outfit or guide hunters
to hunt wild waterfowl; defining certain terms; providing
for the scope of this Act; exempting certain persons from
the licensing requirements of this Act; requiring certain
persons to be registered by their employer with the
Department of Natural Resources; providing for an oath for
applicants for a master hunting guide license; providing for
the application, fees, issuance, scope, term, and renewal of
a license as a master hunting guide; requiring the master
hunting guide to make certain reports at certain time
intervals to the Department of Natural Resources and to be
responsible for certain actions of agents, employees, or
helpers; providing for the scope of the reports to the
Department; requiring hunters guided by master hunting
guides to have certain hunting licenses; prohibiting the
adoption of, or certain requests to adopt, rules or
regulations concerning the licensing of certain persons;
requiring the Department to adopt new rules and regulations
to carry out the purposes of this Act; allowing the
Department to revoke the license of a master hunting guide
for certain violations; providing for the transmission of
certain fees to the Department; and generally relating to
the licensing and conduct of the commercial hunting guide
business to outfit and guide hunters to hunt wild waterfowl.
