AN ACT concerning

Tidal Fish License - Grounds for Revocation

FOR the purpose of providing for the number and type of

convictions under certain laws that are grounds for

revocation of a tidal fish license; providing that a
revocation of a tidal fish license for failing to appear in
court to answer a violation of certain laws applies only to
nonresidents of the State; requiring the Department of
Natural Resources to adopt certain regulations establishing
certain point criteria for certain tidal fish license
revocations; and making stylistic changes; and generally
relating to the grounds for revocation of a tidal fish
license.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

4-701.

(f) (1) In addition to any other penalty provided in this
title, the Department may revoke for a period of not less than 10
days nor more than 365 days a person's entitlement to engage in a
particular activity or activities under a tidal fish license.

(2)  During a period of revocation imposed by the
Department, the person penalized is not and shall not be
authorized under any existing, renewed, or new tidal fish license
to engage in the particular activity or activities for which the
revocation is imposed.

(3)  The following are grounds for revocation under
this section:
